Dr. Helton is a distinguished leader, speaker, instructor and supply chain strategist with over 30 years of combined military and professional experience. His expertise spans strategic leadership, national defense, operational excellence, and leadership development, making him a trusted advisor in navigating complex business and governmental landscapes.
As the founder of Phalanx Advisory, LLC, Dr. Helton leverages his deep operational knowledge to empower organizations and leaders, equipping them with the tools to drive efficiency, foster ethical leadership, and achieve mission-critical success. His dynamic approach to leadership training and course development focuses on team building, problem-solving, and harnessing emotional intelligence for authentic leadership.
Dr. Helton holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton, alongside degrees in business and strategic management from Arizona State University and the College of William & Mary. His commitment to service and professional excellence is reflected in his role as Chapter President of the NDTA’s (National Defense Transportation Association) Virtual Chapter and Chair of the T. Marzetti Veterans Employee Resource Group. Since 2017, he has also held the distinguished title of Kentucky Colonel, recognizing his contributions to leadership and community impact.
